Hey Avengers, What’s Your Endgame? Be Your Own Superhero

Avengers End Game brought in 60 million dollars opening day. Yes, that’s $60,000,000 in just one night! For the Marvel Franchise, it’s obvious what their endgame is. And I say why not. We all spend money on the things we value most. Even if it costs 60 mil.

And I say to all you avengers out there. What exactly is your endgame and is it worth the cost?

Is your end game saving the planet or just saving a few more dollars? Maybe it’s landing that promotion, losing weight, preparing for retirement or finding your true love? Whatever it is, you don’t need an Avenger superhero to make your own reality. You can be the master of your own destiny. Whatever your endgame is, you can make it happen.

Life is just another superhero movie.

Many people, like me, see Avengers Endgame as just another movie about a group of superheroes trying to save humanity once again. Or maybe they’re saving the entire universe this time. With all the Superhero’s out there, it’s hard to keep up.

Sometimes, it feels like we are all in a never-ending superhero movie. Going from crises to crises. Rushing around in the daily grind of defeating one enemy after the other. Whether it be doing our taxes, paying bills, staying in shape, rushing to work, cleaning the house, keeping our customers or bosses happy or battling that never-ending pile of laundry.

Trapped in the repetition of these incessant battles we may be tempted to ask: Where are all the Avengers out there? Why aren’t they swooping in and helping us? Why aren’t they saving our little universe?

Be your own superhero

The answer to the questions posed above is easy. Superhero’s don’t exist. There are no special people out there with super powers. Just regular people like you and me going through our daily grind. Trying to make our way onto a better tomorrow.

To do so, we must learn to become our own superhero.

It’s true that some people will have advantages we don’t. There’s always someone smarter, richer and better looking than us. But that doesn’t mean they’ll find success.

In reality, we must be our own superheroes. We don’t need mythical spider bites, technological advances or extra-terrestrial encounters to become masters of our universe. We must find our own path. To do what it takes to each our goals. Regardless of the enemies we face.

And just like every superhero out there, we gain experiences and insights with each successful endeavor. Hopefully maturing enough to understand our capabilities and using our abilities and knowledge to help others. Whether it be working with the needy, helping our families or supporting the less fortunate to overcome their own demons.
